Why it works

LeMoyne diamonds don't measure out to tidy ruler numbers, which is why so many star patterns come out a little off. This pattern uses an exact full-size diamond template, cuts the cream pieces slightly oversize, and has you trim each block to exactly 12 1/2". Your points land where they should.
